Many students take on an internship while still in school but now there is a SanFrancisco based global company helping graduating college student compete in todays tough job market.

Graduating college students are faced with launching their career during one of the most competitive job markets in the last two decades. Not only are jobs sparse and in high demand, but these graduates will be competing head-to-head for entry level positions with seasoned professionals laid off as a result of the economic crisis.
While I think that this is a great idea, I happen to see some flaws. It is a great idea to send students to different places in the world to find work and with it can come some extremely memorable and insightful times but what happens when the person comes back to the United States.

Many times when a person takes on an internship they generally wind up taking a job there but what if the person doesn't plan on staying in there internship place, they still have to come back and try to find work.

On the other hand I would find it quite exciting to go over seas to do work. Globalization is up and fastly coming so expanding jobs over the world will in the end help some people find great work. Also I feel that the expansion will open up world travel and make the rest of the world as divere as the United States and that could help out some things.

It might seem risky and scary but it would be a great experience for anyone and hopefully after all that one can come back and find a job they could keep.
